Because of the cultural and linguistic diversity of its members, VillageHealth strives to provide high quality health care services that are designed to be culturally and linguistically appropriate. In order to assist our contract network in providing health services in a culturally competent manner, VillageHealth offers interpretative services at no charge to the provider or member.

VillageHealth has agreements with Language Line and Language Connection for telephonic interpretative services. Language Connection also provides on-site interpretation services, including sign language. These companies have translators for more than one hundred and seventy (170) languages.
