Our list of covered drugs is called the “Formulary.” The VillageHealth Formulary is renal friendly, meaning the medications most used by dialysis patients are covered. The list changes every year, and you will be notified of any changes 60 days ahead of time.

VillageHealth covers many Part D prescription drugs. If your drug is not on our list, call us to ask if it can be covered. We may give you the choice of taking a drug like the one you’re taking or you can ask for an exception.

If we take drugs off the Formulary, add prior authorization, change quantity limits or move a drug to higher cost-sharing tier, we'll let you know at least 60 days before the change happens.
